We only accept returns and offer refunds if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or misprinted due to an error in the manufacturing process.
Process: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 30 days of delivery.
Required: You must include your Order Number and clear Photographs of the defect/damage.
Solution: Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return or arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you free of charge.
Because every product is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Wrong Size Ordered: Please use our provided size charts before purchasing.
Buyer's Remorse: Changing your mind about a design or color.
Unclaimed/Returned-to-Sender: Orders returned due to incorrect/unclaimed addresses will require a new shipping fee to resend.
