Refund policy

Our policy is simple: We stand by our quality, but as all items are custom-made ("Golf Reimagined" just for you), we handle returns differently than a traditional retailer.

1. Accepted Returns (Our Responsibility)

We only accept returns and offer refunds if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or misprinted due to an error in the manufacturing process.

  • Process: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 30 days of delivery.

  • Required: You must include your Order Number and clear Photographs of the defect/damage.

  • Solution: Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return or arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you free of charge.

2. Non-Accepted Returns (Buyer Responsibility)

Because every product is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Wrong Size Ordered: Please use our provided size charts before purchasing.

  • Buyer's Remorse: Changing your mind about a design or color.

  • Unclaimed/Returned-to-Sender: Orders returned due to incorrect/unclaimed addresses will require a new shipping fee to resend.
