This policy is designed to give you full transparency on how and when you will receive your unique, custom-made Mulligan's gear.

The Mulligan's Promise: Your Order Is Custom-Made

Every item is produced specifically for you after you place your order. We are committed to quality over speed, but we work hard to be efficient.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Time (Making Your Product)

• Timeline: All orders take 2–5 business days to be produced and prepared for shipping.

• Note: Over 50% of orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days, but please allow up to 5 days, particularly during peak seasons.

2. Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

The estimated delivery time (EDT) is the total time from order placement to delivery at your door.

3. If Your Order is Late

The EDT is an estimate, not a guarantee, as transit times are sometimes unpredictable.

• If your EDT has passed, please wait an additional 5 business days before contacting us.

• If your order still has not arrived after this grace period, please contact us at info@mulligansart.com, and we will investigate immediately.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

We can only change or cancel an order before it enters the fulfillment process. Once production begins, we cannot make any changes. If you need to change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
